WebApr 3, 2024 · Day night cycle was part of the free update that came with the first DLC "Night life". Everyone has it cause its part of the base game. Many use a mod to fix the sun possition cause its hard to build in the night and youtuber want a specific look to there city. In general the reviews that came out with the game 2015 are way outdated.
