WebTL;DR Costco Citibank extra two year warranty is worthless. Two years ago I purchased the 65-in TCL TV at Costco for $579. Unfortunately we recently started having issues with it including an all green screen, network connection disconnects, all apps have to load now, TV kind of locking up. WebI gave up with Citi on an extended warranty, the only time i've ever made a claim on one. They wanted repair estimate first. I provided the manufacturer's repair cost. Then they wanted a "technician diagnosis saying it's not caused by wear and tear or a defect". Then after that they said it didn't cause "complete failure" so it wasn't covered.
